READATHON WRAP-UP: Dewey’s

deweys

The goal of this readathon was to read as much as possible during the 24 hours. I read for 16 hours total.

hours spent reading: 16
pages read
: 374
books completed: 1
books unfinished: 3

Well, in regards to my TBR, I did complete one of the books. Yep, a whole one book. Are you proud of me? I finished The Lost Kingdom of Bamarre by Gail Carson Levine roughly around 3:00 AM (after listening to the last three chapters about six times because I was getting tired and kept dozing off).

I never got around to starting Untamed by P.C. + Kristin Cast, but I did listen to a measly 100(ish) pages of The Oversight by Charlie Fletcher, though I’m definitely going to have to start that one over, because I have absolutely no idea what happened. I’m hoping that I was just sleepy and that it’s not one of those books that I have to physically read. I read my daily chapter of Alice in Wonderland by Lewis Carroll, which was about 14 pages, and I read 20 very dense pages (I’m saying it like that to make myself feel better, aha) of Ghosts of Dragonspear Castle.

Basically, I did a pretty pitiful job this round of Dewey’s, and I’m not sure why — either because it started at 8PM for me instead of 8AM (I’m way less productive in the evenings), or because I had a couple prior engagements that just didn’t give me the time to read that I would have liked. On the bright side, we had our first session of our new D&D campaign Saturday evening and I had so much fun!

– Continued Ghosts of Dragonspear Castle

SATURDAY, 7.28.18 (HOURS 5-24):
